This was our first time dining here. Our waitress, Jewel, was great. She was very helpful assisting us on her favorite dishes. She was very friendly and had a beautiful attitude. The food was great and the experience of cooking the food at our table was very enjoyable.

Food was delicious!! Our server, Alexia, was absolutely amazing, walking us through our first time & making a delicious sauce that I wanted to drink. We had 4 pre-teen kiddos & did both K Pot & grill. No one left hungry! I ate it so fast that I didn’t take pictures until we were done.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the vibes were just right—relaxed but still classy. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything we ordered was on point, especially the [insert a dish you liked most if you want to personalize]. But the real highlight was our server, Aron. He was friendly, professional, and really made the night enjoyable. He checked in at just the right times, gave solid recommendations, and made us feel like VIPs without being over the top. You can tell he takes pride in his service. We’ll definitely be back—and asking for Aron again!

I had an awesome experience at KPOT! The food was really good — fresh, flavorful, and everything came out just right. But what really made the visit stand out was our server, HALEY. She was super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. It’s not often you get service that genuinely makes your meal better, but Haley nailed it. Definitely coming back!

Outstanding Experience! We had a fantastic time dining here. The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Our server, Brandy, went above and beyond—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure our drinks were always full without us ever having to ask. Her exceptional service truly elevated our visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the few Hotpot places in Wichita, comparing it to the ones in Aurora it’s just as good if not better. The tablet ordering system makes it easy and seamless to order more meat or veggies and their hot bar for other items are great. Love their deserts. Great staff as well, always feel welcomed. Would recommend every once in a while as it’s quite expensive unless you’re going during lunch.

This was our first time going, and we were not disappointed. They give you plenty of time to eat, and everything was delicious. Pace yourself at first, and don't get to much in the beginning. The waiter Aron was very helpful, and answered all of my questions.

First time going here & it was definitely a cool experience. Our Waitress Jewel was super amazing! Very sweet & informative. She was rather busy but stayed on top of making sure everything was good & we had want we needed! It was a little pricey for dinner. Around 40 if you get the Hot Pot & bbq option. Overall it was really good! If you go ask for Jewel she will get you right! Don't get the Lobster Balls yucky lol
